Dr. James E. Thomas joins Neurology Center of Hot Springs

National Park Medical Center and the staff at Neurology Center of Hot Springs welcome Dr. James E. Thomas, Neurologist to the team. Dr. Thomas is joining the staff of National Park Medical Center after 21 years in private practice in Benton. He sees general adult neurology cases related to Stroke/TIA, movement disorders such as tremor or Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, seizure, neuropathy, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, headache/migraine disorders, amongst other neurological issues. In addition, Dr. Thomas offers nerve conduction studies and EEG services. Dr. Thomas is scheduling current and new patients at the clinic beginning March 2nd, 2020.
Dr. Thomas received his medical degree from Kansas City School of Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri and completed his Neurology Residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. Dr. Thomas and his family reside just east of Hot Springs. He states, “I am looking forward to working close to home and serving the surrounding communities.”
