Questions & Concerns
You have the right to express your concerns about patient care and safety to hospital personnel and/ or management.
If you or a member of your family needs information or has concerns about patient care and safety, please speak with your nurse. Your nurse can have a Nursing Supervisor assist you 24 hour a day, 7 days a week. If they are unable to provide you with the needed information or address your concerns, they will help you reach the appropriate party. If your concerns and questions cannot be resolved at this level, please ask for a unit manager, or call our quality department at (501) 620-2590 or administration at (501) 620-1400. We’ll do everything we can to address your concerns and make things right.
