How to Be Contacted During a Stay
Call Patient Room
Patients may be reached directly using the following methods:

- CVICU – Call the nurses station at (501) 321-5161
- Pre/Post Cath Lab – Call the nurses station at (501) 321-5181
- All other patient rooms, dial (501) 620-####, with the #### being the patient’s four-digit room number
Email-A-Patient
Utilize National Park Medical Center’s “Email-A-Patient” tool by CLICKING HERE and completing the form. Printed versions of the emails are delivered Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Use Phone/Device Video Chat Apps
National Park Medical Center is proud to offer free Wi-Fi using the Guest Access connection. Examples of free video chat apps that you may use any video-enabled device (including smart phones, tablets and laptop computers) to access are:

Patient Passcodes
Be sure that your loved one gives you their four-digit security code so that you may call the hospital at (501) 321-1000 to request updates on their condition. If this code is not yet setup, please encourage your loved one to do so.
Visitation
With the exception of patients diagnosed with or under investigation for COVID-19, all patients are allowed visitors without restrictions. Please go here specific department guidelines.
Cafeteria
Cafeteria Hours
- Breakfast – (Monday – Friday) 6:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
- Breakfast - (Saturday – Sunday) 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
- Lunch – 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
- Dinner – 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
The cafeteria is closed for dinner on Saturday and Sunday.
