(HOT SPRINGS, AR – May 12, 2020) – National Park Medical Center (NPMC) announced today that Mike Long has been named their CFO. Mike joins NPMC from Astria Sunnyside Hospital in Sunnyside, Washington, where he served as CFO for three years.
“We are very excited to have Mr. Long step into this important leadership role,” said Joann Ettien, interim chief executive officer of NPMC. “He brings forty years of hospital finance experience to the table, and is committed to bringing energy, communication and results to NPMC through his leadership. I know that he will help us further advance our mission of Making Communities Healthier.”.
In his extensive experience as a CFO in the LifePoint Health system, Mr. Long helped lead hospitals in achieving the company’s highest honor – the High 5 Award – for outstanding results and service and implemented Studer principles to enhance customer service and core measure scores.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming. He and his wife, Kim, will reside in Hot Springs.
