Dr. Edward Warren and the staff of the Hot Springs Cardiovascular Surgery Center are pleased to welcome board certified Cardiovascular, Thoracic and Vascular Surgeon Daniel McCoy, MD, FACS.

   He will begin serving the Greater Hot Springs area on staff at National Park Medical Center on March 1, 2018, practicing in the Heart and Vascular Center of Central Arkansas. “I am excited to work again with Dr. Warren, whom I’ve known for many years, and is a true pioneer in surgical services in the Hot Springs area,” says Dr. McCoy.

   Dr. McCoy received his undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia and received his medical degree from Medical University of South Carolina. He completed his residency in general surgery at the University of Mississippi, as well as his Thoracic Surgery Residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis.

   With nearly 30 years of experience in Cardiovascular and Thoracic surgery, Dr. McCoy has most recently been in practice in Gadsden, Alabama. Prior to that he practiced over 15 years in eastern Tennessee. Dr. McCoy specializes in open and minimally invasive surgeries including Coronary Artery Bypass, Heart Valve Repair/Replacement, Aortic Surgery, Carotid Endarterectomy, Aorta-Bifemoral Bypass, Peripheral Arterial Bypass and Lung Cancer Resection and Staging.
