Family members and friends are welcome to visit. Patient care is our primary concern at National Park Medical Center, and in order to enhance the quality of care, we ask that visitors not stay past 9:00 p.m. and not arrive before 7:00 a.m. The Critical Care Unit’s visiting hours are 6:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 12 noon, 3:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m., and 9:00 p.m. for 20 minutes at each visiting hour. Please limit the number of visitors in ICU/CCU patient rooms to 2 at a time. Children under age 14 are not allowed in the ICU/CCU unit.
Due to patient privacy requirements, any information about the patient’s diagnosis or treatment must come directly from the patient to concerned family members or friends. No information will be given out by the switchboard operator or nursing personnel. The patient may be reached by dialing (501) 321-1000 and asking for the patient by name.
A weekly prayer service is held each Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. in the NPMC Chapel located on the first floor. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
