(Hot Springs, AR) October 1, 2014 — Dr. Richard Mynatt is a board certified urologist, joining the medical staff at National Park Medical Center, and now accepting new patients. Dr. Mynatt will begin seeing patients on November 1 from his office, Urology Center of Hot Springs, located in the Ouachita Professional building located adjacent to NPMC, at 1900 Malvern Avenue, Suite 302.
Dr. Mynatt received his medical degree from the University Of Tennessee School Of Medicine. He completed his general surgery internship at the University Of California Davis Medical Center, and his urology residency at Duke University. He has spent the past 30 years practicing Urology, and comes to Hot Springs from Washington State.
Dr. Mynatt is experienced with laser treatments for enlarged prostate, which may be performed in the outpatient setting. He provides some of the latest treatments for kidney stones, and works with patients for the prevention of stones as well. Additional conditions treated by Dr. Mynatt include urinary tract infections, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, prostatitis, interstitial cystitis and urinary tract (kidney, bladder, prostate, testicular) cancers.
